Terms of Use serve as a contract between the customer/user and Khail Consulting, LLC. These terms govern customer use of the gapharmacylawreview.com website, content, products and/or services. The gapharmacylawreview.com website comprises of information (data, text, graphics, photographs, images, audio, video) that is owned by Khail Consulting, LLC. Please read the following terms of use:
  • Terms of Use. By accessing and/or using the website, gapharmacylawreview.com, you accept and agree to these terms, just as if you had agreed to these terms in writing. Discontinue use of website If you do not agree to these terms of use.
  • License and Limitations. Khail Consulting, LLC grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to utilize the gapharmacylawreview.com website and content within. The Information contained on the gapharmacylawreview.com may not be not be distributed, transferred, copied, reproduced, publicly displayed, or published by anyone for any purpose. Khail Consulting, LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted to the user. The license for access to content is for individual use only and cannot be sold, transferred, and/or shared. Any unauthorized use or access to gapharmacylawreview.com is strictly prohibited.
  • Violations. Sharing of unique sign-on access with anyone else will constitute a violation of these terms and will result in immediate revocation of website access without reimbursement. User is solely responsible for the security of their sign-on credentials. Unauthorized usage of website or content can result in notification of breach of contract and ethical misconduct to any relevant authority, including but not limited to, the offender’s state board of pharmacy.
  • Expiration. User access to the website and content will expire sixty-two (62) days after the users license purchase date. Extensions of expiry may be purchased for an additional fee. At the time of expiration Khail Consulting, LLC will deactivate user accounts and remove further access to the website and content.
  • Refunds. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once users have accessed the website or content. Submission of dispute for course charges after accessing course content will constitute a violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Course Guarantee. For user purchases occurring after 6/13/2023, Khail Consulting, LLC grants users a "guarantee" that a passing score will be achieved on the Georgia MPJE on the first exam attempt after course purchase. Upon receipt of a failing score, this guarantee entitles user to: A 45-day course access renewal at no additional charge/expense and one (1) 30-minute virtual tutoring session with course instructor at no additional charge/expense.
  •  Eligibility for course renewal and tutoring related to “course guarantee” require the following conditions be met by user: 
      - Copy of NABP's MPJE exam failure notice is sent via email to [email protected] with the subject: MPJE FAILURE GUARANTEE (This initiates the execution of guarantee.) Exam date listed on NAPB notice must have occurred between 14-70 days after review course purchase.
     - Completion of post-exam survey (form to be sent upon initial notice of exam failure)
     - Completion of “Eligibility for Guarantee Attestation” (form to be sent upon initial notice of exam failure)
    - Attestation that no other exam preparation resources were utilized by user beyond the provided course materials from GaPharmacyLawReview.com and/or official regulations posted on government operated websites.
  • Ownership; Copyright. Copyright 2023 Khail Consulting, LLC, all rights reserved. Gapharmacylawreview.com and all content found therein is solely owned and operated by Khail Consulting, LLC. 
  • Privacy Policy. Data and information collected from user access to gapharmacylawreview.com will be used for internal purposes only and will not be shared with third parties.
  • Disclaimers. Khail Consulting, LLC does not guarantee user performance on the Georgia MPJE. User acknowledges that inaccuracies in content on website may be present. Khail Consulting, LLC assumes no liability for damages connected to use of gapharmacylawreview.com. By using this website, users agree that all information provided to Khail Consulting, LLC is accurate. Users also agree that they are at least 18 years old, a current resident of the United States, and are responsible for compliance with all local and federal statutes governing use of the internet. 
  • Dispute Resolution. User agrees to accept terms these terms related to any and all disputes or claims connected to use of Gapharmacylawreview.com, the attached terms, or privacy policy. These disputes will be handled on an individual basis and will be submitted to the American Arbitration Association (AAA) for binding arbitration to be processed according to their Consumer Arbitration Rules. If the AAA is not able to process the arbitration another arbitrator will be chosen in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act. Venue of arbitration will be Athens-Clarke County unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties or conducted virtually where appropriate. Claims able to be resolved in small claims court do not require arbitration.
  • Changes to Website. Changes and modifications to the website and contents, or discontinuation of, may occur at any time.
  • Changes to Terms. Khail Consulting, LLC reserves the right to amend or change the above terms at any time. A reasonable time-frame will be applied to notice of changes and any revised terms will be posted to gapharmacylawreview.com. Last updated 6/7/2023.
